COURT OF APPEAL CONSIDERS THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN TERMS IN AN ORDER AND IN A TOMLIN

The Court of Appeal considers the impact of the distinction between terms within the body of an order and those within a schedule to a Tomlin Order. David Reade QC and Nick Goodfellow appeared for the Appellant, and Jonathan Cohen QC and Jamie Susskind appeared for the Respondent in Vanden Recycling Ltd v Kras Recycling BV [2017] EWCA Civ 354 (17 May 2017).
