DAVID READE QC APPEARS IN COURT OF APPEAL ON FIRST CASE ON THE PUBLIC INTEREST IN WHISTLEBLOWING

David Reade QC appeared for Chesterton in  the appeal of Chesterton v Nurmohamed before the Court of Appeal on 8 June 2017. This is the first time that the Court of Appeal has considered the “public interest” test for protected disclosures. The Court of Appeal has reserved judgment. Martin Palmer appeared for Chesterton in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
