Our internationally recognised employment team routinely advises and acts in domestic cases with an international element in Employment Litigation. These cases can raise issues of conflicts of jurisdiction, conflicts of law, territorial reach of domestic legislation, diplomatic and state immunity and anti-suit injunctions.

Members of our employment team also provide specialist experience and advocacy skills in Employment Litigation conducted in certain overseas jurisdictions. Recent appearances have been in courts as far and wide as: the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, the Turks & Caicos Court of Appeal and the DIFC Courts in Dubai (Court of First Instance and Court of Appeal).

Our barristers can gain ad hoc admission to the Bars of other jurisdictions if required for a particular case and are used to working in co-operation with foreign lawyers and experts as part of a substantial legal team.
