We will be hosting our first breakfast event of the year on Thursday 23rd January, on Interim applications that aren’t injunctive.

Topics will include:

• Pre-action disclosure
• Security for costs
• Norwich Pharamacal and similar applications
• Obtaining information and documents from third parties

The timings are as follows:

8:30am – Registration & Breakfast

8:45am – 9:45am – Roundtable discussion

This seminar is aimed at those of Associate and Senior Associate level, it is unlikely to be suitable for Trainees and Paralegals.
