Mr Vinayak Pradhan is the President Elect of the Chartered Institute. He will take up office on 1st January 2013.
This appointment follows Vinayak’s other appointments to international arbitration which include being a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague, Vice Chair of the ICC Commission for Arbitration, appointment to the Panel of Conciliators and Panel of Arbitrators of ICSID and being a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport, Lausanne.
Vinayak has been a member of the Littleton team of International Arbitrators for many years and we wish him well in his year in office at the Chartered Institute.
