at Littleton, John Mehrzad, and Partner at Hewitson Moorhead solictors, Edward Wheen, both discuss the legal principles and their first-hand experiences of representing athletes and associations in selection challenges in an article for the World Sports Law Report.
They also recently presented on the subject, together with Richard Harry, Director of Sport Resolutions, at a Sport Resolution seminar attended by athlete representatives and National Sporting Bodies.
