Jonathan Cohen QC due to start major employee competition trial at 2pm today. In a claim by Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. against its former international Chief Financial Officer, Gustavo Arnal and Avon Products Inc, his new employer, the Court will be invited to decide whether a twelve month non-compete covenant is enforceable and will prevent Mr Arnal from starting work for Avon before December 2019.
