Benjamin Gray Appointed to Attorney General’s Civil B Panel of Counsel

Chambers is delighted to announce that Benjamin Gray has been appointed to the Attorney General’s Civil B Panel of Counsel with effect from 1st September 2021. He is currently a member of their C Panel.

Benjamin is an employment, public and commercial law practitioner. As a Panellist he advises and appears for the Government across a range of civil litigation, from employment tribunal claims through immigration cases to judicial reviews against central Government departments.

Benjamin‘s wider practice involves appearances before the Employment Tribunal, Upper Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, EAT and the Divisional Court. He is the General Editor of the Employment Tribunal Remedies Handbook.
