In a judgment of the Manchester Employment Tribunal handed down yesterday members of Littleton succeeded in a TUPE claim involving the transfer of physiotherapy services from the English Institute for Sport by the same being brought in-house by GBT. In addition the Claimant raised whistleblowing allegations as regards athlete safety involving the over-training of Olympic athletes.
