Adam Solomon acted for Ashford Borough Council in their application to commit the defendant, Fergus Wilson, for contempt of court. Mr Wilson, described in the press as a “millionaire property mogul”, was held by the Judge to have committed a number of acts of contempt. A copy of the judgment can be found [here]. The Judge also granted a freezing order pending the sanctions hearing, set down for mid-May.
