Adam Solomon KC has recently been successful before Mr Justice Sweeting in the High Court in persuading the Judge to extend a Civil Restraint Order in respect of a former solicitor and recommend that the Attorney General designate him as a vexatious litigant as a result of ongoing unmeritorious litigation against the SRA.
