Judgment has just been handed down by the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Territory of the Virgin Islands, Commercial Division in the case of CH Trustees SA v Omega Services Group Ltd et al, following a 5 day trial in July 2016. The claim was for relief for unfair prejudice, and for rectification of the company’s register, and was effectively a battle for control of a company group. After extensive cross-examination by Adam Solomon, his clients were eventually successful in obtaining relief.
