(1) Ashton (2) Rockliffe (3) Hall (4) Healey (5) Xrail Solution Limited (6) Xrail Group Limited, in which all parties were represented by Counsel from Littleton. HHJ Forster QC (sitting as a Judge of the High Court) dismissed the claims for breach and enforcement of restrictive covenants, unlawful means conspiracy/common design, breach of contract/confidence, and inducement, awarding the Defendants their costs.
