The Employment Tribunal sitting at London Central today handed down judgment dismissing the unfair dismissal and age discrimination claims brought against the Telegraph by its former parliamentary sketchwriter Andew Gimson.
James Wynne acted successfully for the Telegraph whilst Chris Quinn acted for Mr Gimson.
