Antony Sendall successfully represented Sam Williams, the former Finance Director of ABP (London) Investment Ltd, in a whistleblowing claim in which he has been awarded over £750,000 in compensation against not only the company, but also personally against the Chairman and the Chairman’s daughter. In addition to very substantial damages against all three Respondents, on 1 February 2022 the ET also ordered them to pay Mr Williams over £126,000 in costs on an indemnity basis. ABP is a UK company, but is part of the Chinese group of companies that is responsible for the massive regeneration and construction project in Albert Docks in London.
