Oliver joined Littleton Chambers as a tenant in October 2026 upon the successful completion of his pupillage. Oliver accepts instructions in all of Littleton’s core practice areas, with a a specific interest in commercial disputes and High Court or statutory employment work.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Oliver spent a year as a Teaching Fellow in Contract Law at SOAS, University of London.
Oliver has long had an interest in employment law, which he studied at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Before joining Littleton, Oliver was employed by the University of Cambridge as a research assistant to Professor Simon Deakin, a leading expert in the field of employment law. This work involved applying the Cambridge Labour Regulation Index (CBR-LRI), a ‘leximetric’ methodology which provides a basis for the quantitative analysis of employment laws.
