Littleton’s David Reade KC and Joseph Bryan are appearing in the Supreme Court today for the appellant in the case of Tyne and Wear Passenger Transport Executive t/a Nexus v National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers & Unite the Union. The appeal concerns, among other issues, whether rectification is available for a collective agreement which is not intended to be a legally enforceable contract.
