David Reade QC and Katherine Apps host Stanford Law school students at Littleton
On 24 March 2016 Professor Richard Ford and his class of students studying comparative anti discrimination law at Stanford Law School, California, attended an event hosted by David Reade QC and Katherine Apps at Littleton Chambers.
In a lively session, David and Katherine fielded questions on the shape, development and growth of English equality law, how cases are brought to the courts or tribunals, the role of solicitors and barristers, litigation costs and funding, US influences, EU law, human rights and the potential impact of a UK Brexit.
