Chesterfield Magistrates Court, as part of the defence team, on the first
prosecution of an administrator for the alleged failure to serve a HR1 form

administrators fall outside of the scope of the criminal sanctions under the
Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
