David Reade KC appears in Court of Appeal on first case on the public interest in whistleblowing

David Reade KC appeared for Chesterton in  the appeal of Chesterton v Nurmohamed before the Court of Appeal on 8 June 2017. This is the first time that the Court of Appeal has considered the “public interest” test for protected disclosures. The Court of Appeal has reserved judgment.
