judicial review of Pensions Regulator on the territorial scope of auto
enrolment.

The case concerned the UK residing crewmembers aboard P&O
and Cunard cruise ships. The issues focused on the territorial provisions of
the Act and how they should be read in the light of Lawson v Serco and the
