This session will focus on Privilege, Independence and Regulatory Scrutiny. Speakers will include Carol Davis KC, Daniel Tatton Brown KC, and Daniel Northall KC.
They will look at the following topics:
- Legal advice privilege vs litigation privilege in financial services investigations
- Investigator independence and conflicts
- Managing bias, independence and procedural challenges
- Parallel processes: grievances, disciplinarians and regulatory investigations
