Our next Investigations Breakfast seminar will be taking place on Thursday 12th March. This seminar is part of a series of Investigations Breakfasts, looking at different aspects of Investigations.

The timings are as follows:

9:45am-10:15am – Coffee & Networking

This session will focus on Privilege, Independence and Regulatory Scrutiny. Speakers will include Carol Davis KCDaniel Tatton Brown KC, and Daniel Northall KC.

They will look at the following topics:

  • Legal advice privilege vs litigation privilege in financial services investigations
  • Investigator independence and conflicts
  • Managing bias, independence and procedural challenges
  • Parallel processes: grievances, disciplinarians and regulatory investigations
