Webinar: Practical session on non-financial misconduct investigations

This practical webinar session was delivered by Carol Davis KC and Niran de Silva KC.

The session examined how to approach NFM investigations in practice, including: historic allegations, senior individuals and conduct outside the workplace, and how to ensure that findings are both properly reasoned and legally defensible.

They focused on the points at which investigations most often create risk, and how firms navigate the tension between regulatory scrutiny, internal governance and employment law fairness.
