Littleton Arbitration Seminar: Disputes Arising from the Russia-Ukraine War

Littleton’s Arbitration team will be hosting a panel discussion with international experts on issues arising from the Russia/Ukraine War. The event will be held in-person at Inner Temple Hall, London from 5:30pm-7:30pm.

Programme

Session 1: Investor Treaty claims: 5.30 – 6.30pm

  • Impact on current disputes (sanctions/licensing; delays to trials, arbitrations etc)
