The Head of the Sports Law Group at Littleton, John Mehrzad,
has again been awarded Sports Law Barrister of the Year by ACQ.  This is
the second year in a row he has won that award, following a year, in addition
to his regular sports-related instructions, he was appointed as a Chairman on
the FA’s Anti-Discrimination Panel, a Board member of the British Association
of Sport and Law, and an FA arbitrator.

Littleton is recognised as a leading set in sports law, in
particular with a commercial, employment or regulatory/disciplinary element.
Over recent months members have appeared before the FA, Football League, FIFA,
UK Anti-doping and in relation to Olympic selection.  The Sports Law Group
is also actively involved in the football mis-selling scandal. For more
