In a judgment handed down on 6 July 2026 a non-party costs order was successfully obtained against well-known financier, Tim Horlick. Horlick was found to be the driving force behind and beneficiary of long running litigation brought by a Guernsey Limited Partnership in respect of the collapse of a technology business in the early 2000s against Thomas Flohr, the billionaire owner of VistaJet.
Jonathan and Bláthnaid were instructed by Daniel Astaire and John Joseph Tyldesley of Grosvenor Law on behalf of Mr Flohr.
