Jonathan Cohen KC successful in unusual partnership remuneration trial

Disputes within professional services partnerships are normally resolved through arbitration, preventing the airing of dirty laundry in a public forum. Unusually, a seven figure remuneration dispute between LLP members has found its way into the London Circuit Commercial Court, with a lengthy judgment handed down on Monday 11 March 2024, after trial in December 2023.
