Littleton Seminar: The Jackson Reform
The Jackson reforms are taking shape and gathering pace. New Regulations seem to be published on an almost daily basis. Litigation is set to be fundamentally transformed.
Against this background, Littleton are holding a seminar on Tuesday 5th March in the Parliament Chamber, Inner Temple from 6.00pm to 7.00pm, with a drinks reception afterwards, under the title of “The Jackson Reforms: Great Expectations or Bleak House?”.
In an attempt to answer some of these concerns, we have brought together some leading thinkers – Tony Williams, Mick Smith, Alex Novarese and Nigel McEwen – to talk about the future of litigation.
