We congratulate Mohinderpal Sethi KC on his appointment to the Attorney General’s A panel of counsel and Katherine Apps on her promotion from the Attorney General’s C panel to the B panel.
Laura McNair-Wilson was appointed to the Attorney General’s C panel of counsel in 2014 and Daniel Northall KC was appointed to the Attorney General’s Regional Panel in 2012.
Appointment to the Attorney General’s panels enables counsel to be instructed by Government Legal and various other government departments on some of the most challenging and high profile matters of public interest. It does not prevent counsel from acting against the Government.
