As announced today, Mohinderpal Sethi QC has been appointed by Lord Kamlesh Patel, the new Chair of Yorkshire County Cricket Club, to lead a team of Littleton barristers responsible for undertaking the independent investigations into allegations of discrimination at the Club.
Mohinderpal Sethi QC is Co-Head of the Employment Team at Littleton and Chair of the Employment Law Bar Association. He is a leading expert in discrimination and whistleblowing in the world of elite sports. Recently, on behalf of British Gymnastics, he undertook an independent investigation into high profile complaints brought by former Olympians.
