Second cumulative supplement to Whistleblowing: Law and Practice 3rd Edition now available

Following the publication of third edition of Whistleblowing: Law and Practice in March 2017, the second cumulative supplement is now available. In addition to dealing with the important judgments of the Court of Appeal in Day and Beatt, this update now covers :
