The Case Management Conference in Secretary of State for Health and Social Care v PPE Medpro Limited took place in the Commercial Court yesterday, where Mr Justice Bright made a series of procedural orders in relation to the proceedings. The case concerns a contract for the supply of 25 million sterile surgical gowns in 2020 at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and has attracted considerable media attention. A16-day trial is scheduled to take place in 2025.
