Supreme Court decision in important business rates appeal to be handed down on 1 March

The Supreme Court will hand down judgment in Newbigin (Valuation Officer)  v S J & J Monk (a firm) on 1 March. The case concerns the level of business rates on properties under redevelopment and has wide relevance for business rating and property development.
