The EAT Judgment in Anglian Windows Ltd T/A Anglian Home Improvements v Webb considers whether a partner can, in the course of the partnership business, enter into a contract of employment with a third party. The EAT overturned the Tribunal decision that this was possible. The EAT found that where a partner had contracted on behalf of a partnership it was not possible for that contact to be a contract of service.
