Join us for this Investigations Breakfast Seminar, given by Carol Davis KCNiran de Silva KC and Lucy Bone.

The session will examine how to approach NFM investigations in practice, including: historic allegations, senior individuals and conduct outside the workplace, and how to ensure that findings are both properly reasoned and legally defensible.

They will focus on the points at which investigations most often create risk, and how firms navigate the tension between regulatory scrutiny, internal governance and employment law fairness.
