There is currently in the High Court a claim brought by Mrs Daad Sharab against Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal. The claim is for a US$10m commission relating to the sale of a private jet to the late Colonel Gaddafi.
The matter was heard by Peter Smith J over 2 weeks from 24 June 2013 to 5 July 2013. On Friday 5 July 2013 Peter Smith J reserved judgment.
Mrs Sharab was represented by Clive Freedman KC and Alexander Robson.
