Littleton was delighted to launch the first of a series of seminars hosted by the Disciplinary & Regulatory Group on Tuesday 13th November. Littleton welcomed a number of guests to its Healthcare Seminar chaired by Richard Price QC and Sam Neaman. Eleena Misra and Carol Davis spoke on the new Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service and the interesting but under-explored interplay between fitness to practise and the Equality Act 2010.
Tuesday also saw the launch of the Group’s corresponding bulletin series and the first bulletin “Insight into Healthcare”.
