Topics will include:
- Pre-action disclosure
- Security for costs
- Norwich Pharamacal and similar applications
- Obtaining information and documents from third parties
The timings are as follows:
8:30am – Registration & Breakfast
8:45am – 9:45am – Roundtable discussion
This seminar is aimed at those of Associate and Senior Associate level, it is unlikely to be suitable for Trainees and Paralegals.
