Grahame Anderson successfully represented Lee Power before an FA Regulatory Commission last month:
Grahame’s client was charged with two regulatory offences arising out of his period as Chair and owner of Swindon Town FC. It was alleged that Swindon Town FC, Lee Power, First Touch Pro Management, Michael Standing and Gareth Barry breached Intermediary Regulations in relation to the ownership and/or funding of Swindon Town FC.
After a two-day hearing before a Regulatory Commission, both charges against Grahame’s client were dismissed as defective, although charges against other defendants were upheld.
