Grahame Anderson is an expert on the impact of illegality on employment contracts.
He appeared, led by David Reade QC, in the important Court of Appeal authority Okedina v Chikale [2019] EWCA Civ 1393, in which the Court of Appeal analysed the approach Courts and Tribunals should take where performance of an employment contract comes to contravene immigration legislation.
