The Sunday Times has reported on the Domestic & General (D&G) case in which Nick Goodfellow and Bláthnaid Breslin acted for D&G. The article reports on how the case could set a precedent to enable other companies to take action against fraudsters scamming their customers. Judgment in the case was handed down in October 2024 and has been previously commented on here.
