Nick Goodfellow appeared for Domestic & General (D&G) in a claim based on an allegation that the Defendants were perpetrating a deceitful cold calling campaign, with the intention of causing loss to D&G’s customers. Interim injunctive relief was granted based on the economic torts of causing loss by unlawful means and unlawful means conspiracy. D&G was also successful in obtaining orders for specific disclosure of training materials and call scripts, and for permission to serve the claim and application on three of the Defendants outside the jurisdiction. Nick was instructed by D&G’s in house legal team.
