The EAT has recently handed down Judgment in Jackson v The University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust [2023] EAT 102, where Georgina Churchhouse acted for the successful appellant.
The decision provides welcome clarification as to the circumstances in which a Hogg v Dover type dismissal is in play.
