Employment Litigation in the High Court: Littleton talks at Employment Lawyers Association course

In January Littleton barristers spoke at a two day course on Employment Litigation in the High Court, organised by the Employment Lawyers Association.

The first day was aimed at employment lawyers who are new to, or want to refresh their knowledge of, High Court litigation. Matthew Sheridan covered Case management after the Case Management Conference.

Day two focused on injunctions, looking at High Court procedure in more detail and practical tactical considerations. The afternoon session explored the tactics of litigating and defending these claims through Gavin Mansfield QC’s highly acclaimed game play approach to exploring the issues in the litigation of post termination restraints and confidential information. David and Gavin were assisted by Charlene Ashiru, Sophia Berry and Grahame Anderson.
