Glenn is an International Arbitrator and Associate Tenant with Littleton Chambers. He is a dual U. S.-British national, and although based in London and Atlanta, he travels extensively and sits on arbitrations globally.

Glenn has held numerous leadership positions in the legal industry, including chair of an AmLaw 200 law firm (Arnall Golden Gregory LLP), chair of the International Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA), and founding president of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society (AtlAS).

Glenn’s experience as an arbitrator spans a range of industries, including healthcare, aviation, pharmaceuticals, global logistics, insurance, software, manufacturing, transportation, IT network solutions, web domains, entertainment, hospitality, beverage, and bitcoin, among others.

The Chambers guide has described Glenn as “a hugely respected litigator with an impressive track record in complex cross-border business disputes”. He is recognized each year by Who’s Who Legal | Global Arbitration Review, which has described him as “very, very knowledgeable on international legal matters”, as doing “an excellent job of conducting proceedings in an efficient and fair manner”, and as having “a calm and steady presence that comes from years of experience in commercial law”. He has been named by Best Lawyers in America as Atlanta “Lawyer of the Year” for international commercial arbitration three times– an honor based on peer feedback that is awarded to only a single individual in a given geographic region.

Glenn was recognized by the ABA in 2024 with a Lifetime Achievement Award for sustained and outstanding service in the field of international law. He chaired the ABA’s Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative (CEELI) for several years and co-chaired the ABA’s annual commercial dispute resolution conference in Moscow, Russia each year from its inception in 2009 until 2021.

Glenn is a fellow of the peer-vetted College of Commercial Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
