This sixth edition covers prevalent issues in digital business laws and regulations across 18 jurisdictions. The publication also contains an expert analysis chapter from Andrew Maguire of Littleton Chambers that explores e-commerce regulations, data protection, cybersecurity, data centres and the cloud and digital business trends in the United Kingdom in 2025.
Andrew Maguire is an experienced chancery commercial barrister, who has specialised in banking and financial services disputes for over 25 years, such as succeeding in the all-monies guarantee Court of Appeal case of NMBS v Bellamy [2013] EWCA Civ 452.
