Glenn P. Hendrix, a renowned leading independent arbitrator and mediator, has joined Littleton Chambers today as an associate tenant.
Glenn launched his arbitration practice, Hendrix Dispute Resolution, in August 2025. Prior to starting his own practice, he was a litigator for forty years with Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG), where he served as its managing partner from 2008 – 2012 and then Chair from 2016 – 2023. AGG is a law firm of over 200 lawyers with offices in Atlanta and Washington.
Glenn is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the founding president of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society (AtlAS), a fellow of the peer-vetted College of Commercial Arbitrators, and the immediate past chair of the Review Board for the American Health Law Association Dispute Resolution Service, which rules on petitions to remove arbitrators.
He previously served as a chair of the international law division of the American Bar Association (ABA), and during the administration of US former president Barack Obama was the ABA’s representative to the US State Department’s advisory committee on international law.
Glenn has acted as an arbitrator in international arbitrations administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), and the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (MKAS), as well as proceedings under the UNCITRAL Rules. He has also been admitted to the arbitration rosters of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC), the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), and the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Centre (APIAC).
A dual British-US national, Hendrix studied political science at the New College of Florida, before securing his JD in law from Emory University.
