John Bowers QC to give annual Richard Harries Lecture: Human Rights and Religious Freedoms

John Bowers QC is the Principal of Brasenose College and eminent in the field of human rights. One of John Bowers QC’s landmark cases was a European Court of Human Rights application on the employment of gay servicemen and he is a former member of the Home Office Task Force on Human Rights.
