John Mehrzad, instructed by Layla Bunni, Partner at Clintons solicitors, was instructed to respond to a claim of sex/pregnancy discrimination brought by Kristina Rihanoff, best known as a professional dancer on the BBC’s “Strictly Come Dancing”. Following a 2-day Preliminary Hearing, her claim was struck out as having no reasonable prospects of success with a costs application against her personally being reserved.
Nicholas Siddall, also of Littleton, co-responded, as instructed by Adam Wyman of Travers Smith solicitors. The claim against his client was also struck out with the decision on its own costs application also reserved.
