The law on LLPs continues to grow at a fast rate with the most recent Court of Appeal decision in Clyde & Anor v van Winkelhof following on from the judgment in Tiffin v Lester Aldridge LLP earlier this year.
Littleton will be holding a Seminar on LLPs: Legal Updates and Dealing with Disputes in the Parliament Chamber, Inner Temple on 15th November to look at the trends in this area of law with contributions from our market leaders in the field.
